How long does the design process take?
Your initial custom design mockup is typically ready within 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your request. Once you approve the mockup, your order moves into production. Production and delivery time are separate from the 3–5 day design period.
What file types can I upload for my images?
High-resolution JPG or PNG files work best for photos and most artwork. If you have a business logo or professional artwork, send the highest-quality file you have available.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, design requirements, and customization involved. We'll provide pricing for your project before your order moves forward.
Can I reorder the same design?
Absolutely. Approved custom designs can be used again for future orders, making it easy to reorder favorites or add additional items later.
